This complete exterior remodel has new Hardie board fascia, new stucco walls, new barrel tile roofing, Peachtrea impact windows and doors, precast tile and railing for he exterior and a complete exterior painting. The interior windows and doors have full poplar extension jambs with 3 1/4" poplar fluted casing with plinth blocks and rosettes. The exterior will also have a new welded aluminum entrance gate and fencing with concrete columns matching the finish of the house. The front door will be replaced with a custom mahogany impact door.

Interior Remodel of the master bathroom, kitchen and office. The Master bath, office and kitchen have Kraftmaid All plywood construction, Maple cabinets with Cesar Stone Counter Tops. This project included relocating of plumbing lines in the bathroom with new wiring, drywall, painting, tile, closet shelving and lighting. This project includes a complete interior and exterior remodel. The existing garage was converted into (2) guest suites with a front entry addition for a grand entrance. This house includes Iconeyne Insulation with closed soffits, Anderson Impact windows and doors. The house has a new 400 amp electric service, Peks vinyl water piping with (3) Takagi tankless propane water heaters. The interior includes 5 ¼" painted crown molding throughout, 3 ¼" colonial casing and 5 ¼" baseboards. The doors are 2 panel solid core masonite painted doors. All floors throughout are 18" ceramic tile.

A complete exterior remodel with 6" smooth stucco bands, white powder coat welded aluminum railing and new copper scuppers. The exterior of the Club House also was painted.
